On design critiques all feedback might be treated as equal, but that’s of course not the case, some points are more important. When doing round-robin, feedback givers are asked to mind priorities, which might not happen. So a better way is to classify feedback, stating out out how critical the feedback is.

For example:

  • Paper-cut (for small, not breaking issues)
  • Consistency (design-system contradicting or other parts of the app contradicting)
  • Major
